Ms. Kwan Ching Ling

Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me.” Thank God for bringing me into the family of Kau Yan School to raise the children with a group of co-workers who share the same educational philosophy with me. Thank God for giving me the career as a kindergarten teacher, so that I can bring my students in front of Jesus to learn about His love. I would uphold the teaching of Christ, to love and teach every child with all my heart and with all my soul and with all my mind. So that they may grow up under the watch of Jesus.

I am very glad that God has let me join the big family of Kau Yan School. In this family, not only I can feel the love of God but also the friendship, acceptance and respect among my colleagues. Seeing the innocent smiling faces every day has given me all the strength to move forward and overcome difficulties ahead. I hope I can continue to spread the love of Jesus in this family and work together with everyone to bring the blessing to all families in the future.

In the eyes of God and teachers, every child is unique like a raw gem. Thank God for making me a kindergarten teacher to seek out the uniqueness of each gem like a craftsman through learning, playing and listening to God’s words with my students.

I thank Heavenly Father for allowing me to be part of the family of Kau Yan School. Throughout the teaching process, I have also grown alongside the children, enjoying the joy of learning. I hope that in the future, I can be a partner to parents, safeguarding the children’s curiosity and guiding them to unleash their potential for exploration and learning.

I am grateful to Heavenly Father for leading me to the ‘Kau Yan Family.’ I hope to inspire children’s curiosity and passion for learning through fun activities in a loving and encouraging environment, allowing them to explore the things around them and experience diverse cultures. I want to help them grow confidently and joyfully in the love of Heavenly Father. I look forward to working together with each child, every parent, and all my colleagues to create a vibrant learning journey and share in the joy of growth.

I am grateful for the guidance of Heavenly Father that led me to work at Kau Yan School and to join this big family. On my journey in early childhood education, I truly enjoy listening to the discoveries and sharing of the children, and I love hearing their laughter. I hope that both the children and I can enjoy the joy of learning and a pleasant campus life. I also look forward to walking alongside parents in the days to come, supporting and encouraging each other, teaching and nurturing the children with abundant “love," and witnessing their growth and continuous progress with delight.
