Ms. Wong Tin Yan

I am thankful that God has brought me to the big family of Kau Yan School. It is not only a place to nurture children but also a place for children to share their life moments and allows us to work closely with parents and co-workers. Kau Yan School is a home that is full of love, support and encouragement. Most importantly, it gives me opportunities to share God’s love with many families through teaching. Hope that I can bring this blessing to more families in the future.

Children are like blank papers. I am thankful that I can accompany them to grow in a loved environment at Kau Yan School. By interacting with different people and surroundings, we gain experience in different areas, it adds colours and enriches our lives. We can all grow in God’s love.

Head Teacher

Ms. Fung Ka Wing

I am thankful that God has led me to the field of early childhood education where I learn to serve and love children with God’s love. I like this job but I like children even more. It is because when I spend time with them, I can see how wonderful God’s creation is through their innocent way of talking and their lovely faces. I believe that it is God who let me continue practice the love of Christ and “child-centred” teaching philosophy in Kau Yan School to help children establish good behaviours, social skills and values.

Parents are a child’s first teachers and a kindergarten provides children with life skills and opportunities to be successful in all developmental areas, setting a strong foundation for their educational journey. I truly believe that home-school cooperation allows our school and teachers to understand the needs and uniqueness of each child and hence to further help them reach their full potential. I look forward to becoming the listeners, companions and supporters of all our families and working together to provide the best education to our children.

I am thankful to God for leading me to Kau Yan School, giving me the opportunity to serve the children and parents there. Nurturing children is not an easy task, and I hope to use my own experiences to guide the little ones in their learning journey, allowing them to experience the joy of learning. I also pray that I can help instill a positive and optimistic attitude towards life in the children, enabling them to grow up happily. I look forward to having more opportunities in the future to share my views on child rearing with everyone!

I am thankful that God allows me to serve a group of lively and lovely children in Kau Yan School. With more than ten years of experiences in the field of early childhood education, what touched me the most is to approach each child with the love of Christ, so that they can feel His unconditional love and acceptance. In the future, I hope that children and I can learn from each other and grow together. May God bless all these innocent children.
